Description
The steel support bracket is created especially for bulk buyers of construction, fit-out, and industrial projects. It features compact gussets and can be used either way giving it the ability to provide strong and highly versatile support for vanities, workstations, shelving, and wall-mounted seats. Made from 1/8" solid steel with 1.5" widths, it supports a load of up to 500 lbs per pair and is offered in various sizes to meet different needs.
In production terms, the steel support bracket is created by precision laser cutting and CNC bending in order to achieve the perfect angles and the same shape for all pieces. Fixing holes are made by a very controlled punching process in order to fit .25" lag bolts. The secondary reinforcement gussets are welded using robots which give the structure its stability when under heavy load. Powder coating or anti-corrosion finishing surface treatment increases the lifespan of the product and make it comply with commercial requirements. This metal fabrication workflow enables efficient production at high volumes and OEM customization.
